La Otra Orilla’s studio is available for rental for activities such as teaching (dance, music, theatre, martial arts), rehearsals, courses or workshops, photo shoots, filming, and various artistic or social activities.
Located in Montreal’s Saint-Henri borough, near the Lachine Canal and the Atwater Market, Studio La Lola is accessible by metro – Place Saint-Henri, bike paths are just a few metres away, and visitor parking is available at the rear of the building.

A luminous 1,900-square-foot area with soaring ceilings (14 feet high);
Durable bamboo dance floor (22 x 41 feet);
Mirrors (5 ½ x 35 feet) that can be covered with curtains if needed;
Full sound system (12-track console and MP3/iPod connection);
Internet access;
Cozy checkroom and kitchenette (complete with microwave, fridge, and kettle);
Upstairs toilets;
Optional public residence exit.

50% of the rental fee is payable upon signing the contract. The balance is due on the first day of rental.
CANCELLATION OR POSTPONEMENT CLAUSE: Any cancellation or change to the schedule will incur a management fee.
The renter must leave the premises in the same condition after use.
The renter may only occupy the premises during the rental period. Any overrun of more than 10 minutes will be charged at half-hourly rates.
BLEACHERS
No shoes are allowed on the bleachers, nor are water bottles, food, sharp objects, or anything that could leave marks.
CHANGING ROOMS
No items may be left in the changing rooms. The company is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
COMPANY PRIVATE AREAS
The tenant agrees not to enter the company’s private areas and will ensure that no one else enters them during the rental period:
behind the gray curtains (gyrotonic studio) and under the bleachers (storage).
ROOM TEMPERATURE
The heating is central and controlled by the building. Four electric baseboard heaters are installed.
THE CURTAINS MUST REMAIN OPEN IF YOU USE THE ELECTRIC HEATERS UNDER THE MIRRORS.
You must turn off the electric baseboard heaters, fans, and lights when you leave.
The windows in front of the bleachers can be opened for ventilation.
Please be very careful on the bleachers and close the windows when leaving the premises.
